God Bless America Day
2005-09-17 @ 4:43 p.m.

Back to slacking again, although I still technically still have three papers to go. Will study Love, Etc. in a while, although it's really The Hours and my poetry that I need to work on. Does anyone want to eat at Marché this month? They're having an Oktoberfest promotion, except everything's doused in wine, not beer. Choon Hwee gave me a funny look yesterday when I told her about wanting to go there because everything's made with wine. I have decided I don't care what grades I get for History and Economics, as long as everything else remains fairly respectable. Check this out! I'm using Diaryland's random entry function on my own diary, and I just came across an entry where I referred to myself as "an intellectual midget beside Eliot". I still concede the point, although I'd prefer to substitute Eliot for Hardy now. No use being clever if you're preachy! This random entry thing is really entertaining. I'm re-reading lots of stuff I vaguely remember typing, like this entry where I was whining about being too broke to buy CDs. (Okay, I confess I do that a lot!)

This week:

Oktoberfest
