Yay! The entries are back up, and voting's been extended till August 12. Mine's on page 11, the 11th entry from the top. Some of the stuff's just awful, like the very first submission. Some of the poems are good though, and I quite like one of the other pieces that appears on the same page as Claudia's. She's on page 16, in case you wanted to know. Eugene Oh's is on the page after that. These are the ones I recognise after skimming through 18 pages fairly rapidly. I'm quite annoyed with myself. I'm better at Mathematics than I was back in RI, but I think I've become a lot more careless. Just solved this problem that's been nagging at me for a few days. The problem? A missing x term in my equation. Like how pathetic is that? It's a question on ordinary differential equations, and I actually differentiated the given answer and my own solution just to check which was right. Score one for me, but also score one for whoever did the answers. This is such a banal subject. Even History is starting to look appealing, now that I've gone Mr Kwok's lovely new notes. I realised that he didn't give us his new notes on the crisis of communism in the USSR and the end of the Cold War. I need the former to prepare for my tutorial presentation in two weeks' time. I need the latter to study for a stupid test. Go me.
