Monkey Day
2005-07-21 @ 11:15 p.m.

My freaking computer just crashed again, so I'm retyping this. Ever since the new hard drive was installed on the Pentium III, it's been crashing everyday. I should probably try to fix the underlying problem, whatever it is, but flipping heck? I have better things to do with my time. Today, I ran 2.4-km without stopping, which was, in all likelihood, the first time in my life that I've done that. I'm less bothered about NAPFA now than I was last week. Anyway, I'm going to Carl's Jr for Bible study tomorrow. Those of you who've seen or heard about the Paris Hilton commercial will doubtless appreciate the irony of the previous sentence. Doing Tutorial S5, currently at the penultimate question. It doesn't seem like a hard tutorial, but I could be wrong, since the last few questions seemed to cause considerable problems for Jose and Yumun earlier. Jose is unbelievably random sometimes. Yumun was quite right. I was the sanest person at the table! Bombs went off in London a few hours ago, so Mr Purvis was wrong about that. Told him about QLRS, and he looked happy enough. Audrey's playing Good Charlotte's We Believe on the other computer. I confess that I actually like that song. The chorus reminds me of the chorus of The Corrs' Irresistible, which is one of my favourite songs, in case you didn't already know. I want to start reading a new book, but Ishiguro's The Unconsoled is too thick, and Kundera's stuff isn't unique enough to justify spending too much time on. Maybe I should just finish Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell?
