Doing an online SAT pre-test paper right now, and the thing takes an awfully long time to load each new page. I've taken to downloading new Black Ether and Out Of Orion tracks while waiting for the pages to load, because I haven't added any new songs to my Zen Touch in a long while. The rector of Exeter College came to speak to us this afternoon. All I can say is that if I wasn't certain about going to Oxford before, she hardly made a difference in swaying my decision. That's why so many people would rather go to American universities. The representatives of American universities tend to be more casual, and also more enthusiastic when promoting their respective institutions. To call the British representatives reserved would be an understatement. That said, I can't decide whether the highly personal environment of tutorials at Oxford and Cambridge excites or frightens me. Like Rui Min said, it just takes one night of sleep-deprivation, and you'll be screwed during the following tutorial. Unless your tutor had an equally sleepless night, for whatever reason. It's two hours after I started writing this entry, and I'm scoring my pre-test at the moment. Okay, Critical Reading 740, Writing 750, Math 710, which gives a total of 2200/2400. Evidently, there is room for improvement between now and my birthday.
