We figured out how to use the drum loops on the synthesiser! Tried it during today's worship, because I only had Myrtle playing for me. Tim's idea! Think it went fairly okay for a first try, though I think having a real drummer is definitely better. Less perfect, but less artificial too. Nonetheless, the drum loops are really cool! Everyone who saw us practising was quite amused by it. We even used the rolls during practice, except I forgot to press them during the worship itself. Read the introduction to The Return Of The Native during main service, and a little of Sloman. I'm really screwed at the rate I'm going, both for History and Economics. If the Mathematics paper is hard I'll just die for this round of Common Tests. Heck, I'll just offer SIMUN as an excuse to anyone who asks. Shall go off and read Sloman till midnight. I hope the data response/case study paper will be on some slacker topic, like price theory. Anything but theory of the firm, because I hate studying that. Argh! Just three more days, and I can slack again...
