Paper Dress Day/Grandparents And Grandchildren Day
2005-03-18 @ 9:42 p.m.

Apparently, Vaish looked like a lollipop today! Feeling royally screwed for Common Tests, which are in less than half a week's time. Have decided to revise my aims to two As, two Cs and one A2, because I don't think I've got time to study Economics properly. Unless I ditch History, which makes it one B and one D instead. You may be surprised to learn that the best thing about SIMUN is not the debates, not even the beautiful delegates at the conference, but the food! That's two days in a row, and tomorrow's will quite likely be good too. The ECOSOC passed three resolutions consecutively on today's issue, but failed to pass a single one on yesterday's issue. I suppose it's a good thing really, so now I only have to prepare a speech on one issue. I've prepared two actually, because there are two resolutions I want to speak for. Since the third resolution's one I also voted for, I guess I can zone out tomorrow. It's very hard to study when you're sitting one seat away from a MUN director. Oh yeah, it's not fair that the USA delegation has to sit right at the back. Too hard to see everyone. It's also not fair that both the delegations from Indonesia and the Netherlands get to sit near the delegation from Ireland, but this is a personal complaint. Haha...
