Super Sunday/Pay A Compliment Day/Reggae Day/Diabetes Sunday
2005-02-06 @ 11:16 p.m.

Uncle Kenneth imitating the old lady during his sermon was both funny and painful. I didn't understand the sermon though! Editing One Whole Minute right now, which consists of adding one new stanza to replace the "throwaway" lines, and an onomatopoeic word. I'm not editing the other poem yet, because I haven't quite decided how to incorporate the given suggestions without altering the poem beyond recognition. Thong's quite right about one thing: If I have to drastically change my poem to get it published, I'd rather it not be published. Sorry Dan, the wider readership argument doesn't work for me! Wig-01's Graphic Poetry has been published and will go on sale on May 31. The Eye and its illustration is featured on the website. You can't really read the poem, but the graphics are very unusual indeed. I'm curious to see what they made of Of Light And Darkness. On an unrelated matter, I hope we get the subsidy for Dangerous Liaisons, because I don't particularly want to sit in the circle section of Victoria Theatre. Tempted to go down to Borders tomorrow, but the only problem is that I've spent more than half of my monthly allowance already. I'm waiting for Chinese New Year to come along, even if that usually doesn't bring in much. Too many books and CDs, too little money. Why do I suddenly have 50 Gmail invites? Anyone want one?
