Singapore won the Tiger Cup! I suppose the Lions deserve credit for that, and for not having lost a match throughout the tournament. Perhaps there is hope for local footbal after all? Not that it matters all that much to me anyway. I've just copied slightly more than 1000 words from my J1 essay on the globalisation of the Cold War into my J2 essay on the same topic. It's quite astounding how the paragraphs sync so well, if you're prepared to ignore the fact that the arguments are incomplete and somewhat lacking in coherence. Now the trick is to write the other half of the essay, which I assure you, is no easy task. For the kind of effort I'm putting in, I probably deserve a C, maybe even a D. I'm hoping for a B/C! I will be optimistic for once, instead of being realistic. Today, I went for main service for the third consecutive week! I wish I didn't always have to end up sitting next to Hui Juan though. She has violent tendencies, like pinching people for no good reason. Haha...
