Science Fiction Day/Get Over It Day
2005-01-02 @ 10:53 p.m.

I really must finish at least two essays before school starts, so I'm working on the Frost essay. Just chatted with Kelly about The Wood-Pile, so I've got some new ideas to ponder, especially concerning opposing images. It sounds like a promising area to consider, which can be tied back to Frost's use of contradictions in poems like Mending Wall. Okay, it's now past midnight, and the essay is well underway. Not sure when I'm going to finish though. I probably should get some sleep soon. Argh, it's now 1.11 am, and I've still got one more paragraph to go before I end off. This is taking a lot longer than it should. Maybe I should write out my essay next time, so that I don't correct them so much. When I type, I have this annoying tendency to re-read what I've just typed, decide that it's not good enough, and either restart or start shifting sentences about. Ergo, a big headache. Okay, I should just stop blogging and go back to work.
