Sigh, my mum won't let me go to Gerald's house after Watchnight service. She's being unreasonable as usual. It's not like I've been going out everyday during the holidays, only the past few days. Writing about The Wood-Pile now. Have decided that if I've no idea what the poem's about, it doesn't really matter what I write in the essay anyway. So I'm just going to finish it if possible, and then go bake cookies. I don't feel like begging to be allowed to go out, simply because I don't see why I should have to. My New Year's resolution? To stay away from home as much as possible. After all, the new campus looks like a good place to spend the day in. Argh, so irritated with my mum now...
