More tours today of the rest of the National Archives. We never realised the place was so huge! To be perfectly honest, we all thought the National Archives consisted of the Reference Room, the Metabox, the lecture theatre, the toilets, and some mysterious location for the repository. None of the places was as cool as the conservation unit though. Still want to work there, but maybe giving tuition'll get me more cash instead. We spent the morning and early afternoon finishing up our Powerpoint presentations, before finally getting to present them mid-afternoon. I think my group, who concentrated on research, uncovered quite a few problems with the system at the National Archives. Like that file record and microfilm discrepancy. Haha! Oh well, can't really be bothered with the whole thing anymore. All I want to do now is sleep the rest of the day away...
