I've created my first recommended reading list, inspired by Claudia's list on her class blog. We Are The New Romantics has made it to the list, mainly because I can't get enough of it right now. Spent my second day of stoning in front of the television, and it was bad. Not only did I miss The Bold & The Beautiful, the only show worth watching during the afternoon, even the music videos on MTV weren't to my taste. The closest was Ryan Cabrera's On The Way Down, followed by Ashlee Simpson's Shadow. Couldn't bring myself to concentrate on French much, let alone differentiation. I did zip through another 50-odd pages of We Are The New Romantics though, which is going to be how I live my life post-JC and post-NS, of course just not as raunchy and drugged. I like the idea of loafing in Europe though...
