One day, I'm actually going to catch an eclipse. Wonder how many more there'll be in my lifetime? I have no idea why I've been feeling so shagged the past week, especially since I've actually been sleeping earlier than usual. Lots of stuff to blog about today, and last-minute PW pretensions beckon. Heck. So I cut class again today. JC life does wonders for your attitude towards school, as Eugene observed quite acutely as the six of us were walking out. A year ago, no matter how boring the lessons were, I wouldn't have dreamed of walking out. I suddenly feel like I've missed out on a lot. Then again, I'm fairly certain cutting class with the RI guys then wouldn't be half as fun for me as cutting class with the RJC people now. We went over to Liling's place again, where I didn't leave my file behind this time. Bought junk food at Cold Storage, and then flopped down into place to watch Under The Tuscan Sun. This is one of those movies that make me curse my lot, being born into a concrete jungle. The food Diane Lane was serving to the workers looked positively scrumptious too! I'm so going to learn Italian after hearing the wedding vows being made in it. It's more euphonic than French!

Then it was off to church for worship practice, which is fun in its own way. As usual, I took the wrong turn coming out of her house. Went left on Linden Drive when I should have gone right to go past NYGH. When I reached the main road, I realised that I only had $6 in my wallet, which might have been enough to get me to Queenstown, but I wasn't risking it. Took a bus instead, and got off at the correct stop! Unfortunately, that was still a very long way from my church, so I walked the remaining distance. The practice today was good, managed to work out some kinks that caused problems last week. Was feeling really high after doing the praise segment repeatedly, which explains why I'm still awake and typing. Going to watch two plays and one musical in two days! Things do work out sometimes. If only the pieces of my life that matter more right now would fall into place...
