Just got back from The Importance Of Being Earnest, which was fabulous! The dialogue is terribly witty, and now I really want to study this for 'A' Level. It beats 1984 or Brave New World anytime in my book. The only quarrel I have with the performance is that the cast doesn't quite cut it in the looks department, except for the woman who plays Gwendolen. It's a minor thing which doesn't detract from an otherwise good performance. Note to Choon Hwee: Just because you speak French doesn't mean you have to engage in licentious behaviour, like declaring your desire for Vaish. Haha! (I wonder if either of them will see this?) Would have gone for Ballet Under The Stars with Aparna and Eugene, if only I didn't have to get started on PW. I do believe the report's due on Thursday, because Ben heard that too. In any case, I've got to do a bit of stuff for PW, even if it's just annotating two articles. Let's all heave a long sigh now...
