Have read more notes on French grammer over the past few days than in the whole of the year until now. I think I studied less for my 'O' Levels last year. Three essays due this week, and being somewhat ill-disciplined, I haven't a clue how they'll all be done by the end of the week. Was bored out of my mind today during French, because I'd already finished both comprehensions Mr Quenot wanted to go through. So I just sat there and drew an Argand diagram for Tutorial 10B. When he caught me, I gave him the answer I wrote to what is the equivalent of the GP application question. Not too bad an effort, mostly minor grammatical errors and inappropriate word choices that happen when you're a non-native speaker who hardly reads French. Je voudrais parler, lire et écrire aussi bien qu'un Français...
