Joke Day/True Love Forever Day/Roller Coaster Day
2004-08-16 @ 11:00 p.m.

Have some ideas bubbling and brewing in my head for Mr Kwok's essay. Some of them include not doing it at all, white slip notwithstanding. It just occurred to me that I have five essays due in slightly over half that number of weeks. I feel a surreal sense of calm though. I'll probably hand this one in late anyway, not that I really care about his deadlines anymore. School today was a mixture of extremes. PE sucked big time, because I'm in the fitness training module, and I actually did everything Ms Poon asked us to today. So I was kind of stoned for the rest of the day, which resulted in Mr Purvis's very polite query as to whether it was just him, or was I being unusually quiet during PW. The communist approach to PW is very good when everyone's willing to go along with things. Things took a turn for the better when a bunch of us was sitting in the canteen bantering. Not allowed to go into details, but it was damn funny! Oh, and I've finally successfully done the port forwarding (I think). At least BitTornado seems to suggest that, with two out of four torrents flashing green. The download speeds are still excruciatingly slow though, so then again...
