Bastille Day/Pandemonium Day/Cow Appreciation Day/Pick Blueberries Day
2004-07-14 @ 9:05 p.m.

I'm unbelievably shagged. I think I must have nearly nodded off on the MRT about a dozen times, while standing up! Won't be sleeping tonight though, because I need to get stuff in order for PW. When the frigging PW cycle is over, I want my PW group to buy me a nice (expensive) dinner. I figure you guys'll owe me by then. Haha! I do appreciate the fact that you've all been doing what I tell you to without complaining! I love you people, and I'll do good work, so all I ask for is just one dinner. (You could be nice and offer me more though!) Paginating stuff gives me this peculiar sense of accomplishment, even though it isn't exactly achieving something significant. I need to compile the evaluations of our research materials! I hate PW, just like I hate having to do well for GP when it doesn't count for anything in overseas universities. What's worse, I'm the representative for this lovely subject we know as GP.

The meeting today after school for all the other sad souls like myself was a waste of time. I have no doubt that the teachers there were really nice ladies, but the fact of the matter is, the kind of suggestions I wanted to make would never have been approved. So don't bother trying to get my suggestions. Like taking one block of GP and turning it into a reading period. (They've done it before! That batch did exceptionally well for GP! The administration is stupidly strange...) Ironically, despite the fact that I dislike GP, I somehow scored 82/100 for the Common Test. I think Mr Purvis senses how I feel ill at ease when he talks about my writing ability, which obviously doesn't extend to Economics, because I got my ass kicked for that essay. Nonetheless, I scraped through with a B. I can see why Godfrey would worship the god of Chance. Thought of a new poem on the bus. An interesting change from the stuff I normally come up with. Will write it down if PW gets done soon enough.
