Turtle Day/Ratification Day (South Carolina)/Neighbor Day/Mesmerism Day/Bifocals Day/Declaration Of The Bab
2004-05-23 @ 11:58 p.m.

Oh, did I mention that nearly a third of the students at yesterday's seminar were RJC students? Not to forget that we were the only school that wore blazers. Upside - we actually looked like we belonged inside the Meritus Mandarin. Downside - we definitely gave the impression of trying to be superior to everyone else. We were like so over-dressed! Blame it all on Mr Kwok, who had the gall to tell us with a straight face that all the other schools were wearing blazers. Oh, in case you were wondering, RJC did walk away with another number one, albeit with a presentation that was just less bad than the others, to paraphrase the judges. Just watched Final Destination. An interesting concept, basically how you can cheat death once, but it'll come for you again and again until it gets you. I liked the ending, where the most obnoxious character died right after saving the protagonist. Poetic justice. Last-minute typing of minutes taking place right now. Not to mention preparing the lyrics for tomorrow's SV worship. Okay, just typed everything out. Now the printer's screwing around. Modern technology is so friendly! I'm about to bang the printer in blind frustration. I want my sleep. I want to pass NAPFA. I want to finish my work. I want a lot of things. Stream of consciousness petering out to nothingness, like a little rill...
