Interviews are over and done with, never mind that I think I did terribly. Worship practice after that was good. The best part of the day was our senior-junior class party! When's the next one? Incidentally, old men shouldn't be allowed to drive buses. Nothing discriminatory, but I think their reflexes are a bit rusty. You see, I was taking 7 out from Clementi Interchange, when there was this huge crashing sound from the rear of the bus. Apparently, the bus was involved in an accident, right outside the interchange. Spent 15 minutes debating whether it was worth the hassle of getting off the bus to find an alternative mode of transport, since the bus was blocking both the traffic lanes. When I finally decided to get off and start walking, what did I see? The very damn bus driving past! Needless to say, I was irritated, just mildly. So I took a taxi to Pine Grove instead. Not bad, it wasn't too expensive. Then again, I'd pay to be driven around in comfort any time... Okay, so the class party was amusing. Food was plentiful, and I liked Ka Tsai's mum's spaghetti and Yumun's mum's cinnamon rolls! Come to think of it, I actually didn't touch any of stuff from the barbeque, but that's because I generally don't eat those. The performance items turned out quite well I must say. Kudos to everyone for learning The Rainbow Connection. After having a few songs from each class, we got down to the games segment. Damn funny! We played Musical Chairs, and by mid-game, Weiming was the only guy left from our senior class. A few more rounds, and he was the only guy left, against four girls. He lost in the end, though I bet it's because he let Jennifer have the seat! Haha, ended up playing Slapjack and Signal with some of the guys. Then my dad showed up, because he actually agreed to drive down to pick me up! That's why I'm back before midnight... |
