Just got back from supper after the band's concert at RJC. A Tempo XV, a nice name for a concert, don't you think? The girls in my class are like hell-bent on discovering which girls the guys like. Weird. Oh, that reminds me of the amusing OG outing we had yesterday! Everyone was like fretting over the release of results. Quite a lot of people turned up, all things considered. We went down to Jurong East to eat pizza. Then we were like trying to find something to do after dinner, then Ren Fang was really nice and offered her house. We played Truth Or Dare! My word, you won't believe the stuff that I found out last night about everyone. Hilarious! Sigh, I still can't believe they found out who I like(d) though. Now word's going to spread and I'll be so screwed. Incidentally, do you think it's possible to like several people simultaneously for entirely different reasons? Sounds kind of weird, doesn't it? I'm still thinking of the answer, will let you know when I make up my mind. Alina and Gabriel were really nice, they stayed with us like until 10-plus, even though they had school today! (Plus Alina had some Chemistry test or something.) Sigh, I hope everyone in J'faien gets to stay in RJC... So we got our results back today. I was fairly calm, until I heard about the 60% distinction rate for GEP Literature. Thank God I got an A1! Before that, some of us went back earlier to crash lessons. In the end, we ended up badgering only Mr Ong during his practical. They were doing electrolysis and he wanted us to explain it! Naturally, we politely declined. Anyway, turns out I didn't do that badly, 8 A1s and 3 A2s in total, though I think it sucked that I got an A2 for Physics. Kind of expected in some way, since it's always been my weakest science. Pleasant surprise was the A2 for Higher Chinese, thank you Ms Oei! Haha, I went to look for Mrs Smith after we got our results, just to tell her I did get A1s for both her subjects, even without the mindmaps. Still, I suppose I should be grateful that I got 11 As, considering the amount of effort I put in. I can honestly say that I worked a lot less than most people, and still did relatively well. Oh, lest I forget, I'm supposed to poke fun at Yi-Xun in this entry, because he got a C5 for Malay. Loser! I think it's damn funny to have like all As, then a C5 at the bottom. Anyway, now I need to like start worrying about my History presentations and essays, seeing as I'll be staying in RJC for the next two years... This week: Bike Week |
