I'm still dreaming of getting an iPod for Christmas. That's a big hint to all the rich people out there to send me money, anonymous or otherwise! After scanning through my MP3s, I've discovered I have more than a thousand of them, which adds up to around 7 GB. Now you understand why I need an iPod. Then again, I think at least 25% of the stuff I listen to consists of elaborate arrangements of various instruments, and assorted whirrs, clicks and pops, passing themselves off as something between ambient and industrial, so you don't really need to download the song. Just go to some construction site and you can hear the same thing, albeit a tad more raw-sounding. I happen to like that kind of music, so there. You should listen to it sometime! Try early Delerium for starters, then move on to something leaning towards the ambient side, like Synaesthesia or Amethystium. Of course, you can always sod off and go listen to Britney or something equally thrashy...
