2003-11-08 @ 11:26 p.m.

If the November paper is as difficult as the June paper, Additional Mathematics on Monday won't be a problem. Many thanks to the suggestions for the hair dye colour, but I'm afraid pink is still not an option Shu En. Ditto Chester's rainbow, or green with blue. I'm deciding between deep blue, silver or brown. Interesting how nobody mentioned brown. Is it too passé these days to dye your hair brown? I didn't study anything today, because I fell asleep in the afternoon! So I woke up and decided to do June 2003 Paper 1. I've also realised that I can't find my long plastic ruler anywhere, so I'll have to buy a new one tomorrow. Unless it magically appears tomorrow, but I'm not counting on that happening. Magic is something that's sorely lacking in my life. You know, they should spread the 'O' Levels out over one additional week, then it'll be less hectic and less stressful too. On top of that, they should start it later. Flipping through the English ten-year series, I've discovered that 'O' Level papers, at least the English ones, used to be in December, not November. Maybe it's an insidious scheme to let the other students off earlier every year, so that they can save electricity in schools! Oh, and I bumped into my cousin today at Causeway Point, but I didn't recognise him. Technically, my dad saw my aunt and then she called my cousin over. Quite weird, standing there nodding at what a total stranger is saying. Would you believe me if I told you the last time I saw this cousin was at least three years ago? Even then, I didn't really know him, so I suppose it's no big deal after all...
