Electricity Day/Look Back On Your Life Day/Honey And Harvest Festival (Illinois)/Goosefest (North Dakota)
2003-10-19 @ 11:23 p.m.

Went to this place for dinner that sells prata, thosai and other Indian stuff. I was quite surprised at the size of what was supposed to be a small serving. Anyway, today was my first confirmation class. The confirmation service itself also happens to be on the same day as my graduation dinner. God, why must you make life so difficult? In case you're totally clueless, confirmation is an Anglican practice that basically serves as an affirmation of your Christian faith. Baptism just isn't enough for us Anglicans, since we do baptise infants who can't exactly be expected to understand what they're being baptised into. Speaking of Anglicanism, I'm entertaining thoughts of leaving the denomination if that gay bishop in New Hampshire gets consecrated. By the way, 75% of the people who've taken part in the Internet poll on the issue at CNN.com believe the Anglican Church will split over this issue, in which case I won't have to leave the Church after all.
