Latest news is that she sent an SMS to Shaun, expressing her disappointment with the class, and going so far as to admit she might have been overreacting, although she was just worried that we wouldn't get our A1s at the 'O's. If you ask me, since she compromised somewhat, we should just forgive and forget. Granted, the message seems to employ emotional blackmail. In retrospect, perhaps we were too blunt in expressing our displeasure with the way she was doing things, although silence can hardly be construed as disrespect or anything that would be a cause for her disappointment. On the other hand, perhaps she could examine the way she approaches the teacher-student relationship. Most of our teachers treat us as equals, or at least something near to that. They don't behave condescendingly, at least that's what her attitude comes across as. It's a sad situation, but I suppose she had it coming...
