Aloha Day/Thank You Day/International Youth Day/Rakshabandhan/Corn Festival (Minnesota)
2003-08-12 @ 9:30 p.m.

Argh, there's so much homework to do, after just one day! I still need to study for the 3B test, although I really don't see the point of it. We're just going to complete another 100+ questions, no big deal. Anyway, the Language Elective Programme (French) briefing was such an utter waste of my time. The principal was just there to convince us to take French as an 'A' Level subject and go to VJC. It was so blatant! The people presenting must have felt that way too, because they just clicked through their Powerpoint slides and read off them, total lack of presentation skills. I felt like sleeping after less than five minutes! At the end of the day, I don't think it's worth going to VJC just to take French for two more years. I really should go now, still have a source-based question to answer, or I'm dead tomorrow for Social Studies...
