The school celebrations today were so boring, I almost fell asleep! The speech was boring, as usual, then the video was also boring because we had seen it previously during Social Studies. The ending was nice though, with all the light sticks whizzing around the hall, until Mrs Selvan put a stop to it. What a spoilsport, just because one of the light sticks landed in front of her on stage! Anyway, there was this gigantic red ball, and everyone was bouncing it around. Quite amusing, though the finale was really pathetic because you couldn't hear the people on stage singing. Thank God I chose not to perform, imagine how humiliating it'd be to stand up there and make a fool of yourself in front of the whole school!

I just came back from dinner at Swensen's. Delicious, sinful chocolate ice-cream with fudge and marshmallow! Simply irresistible! Unfortunately, I also succeeded in burning not only the roof of my mouth, but my right arm just below the wrist, touching a hot plate by accident. Now it's swollen and red, poor me. Argh, I haven't done any work. I got a B4 for Additional Mathematics, which is terrible, but still somewhat of an improvement, I guess. What the hell, I look at my results and I want to cry! How to get 10 distinctions, let alone A1s?
