Raspberry Days (Utah)/Say Cheese Day/Watermelon Festival (Arkansas)/Sweet Corn Festival (Illinois)/Pickle Festival (Indiana)
2003-08-07 @ 11:00 p.m.

I did skip the rehearsal after all, and a wise decision that was too. Apparently, they just sang horribly through all the songs once, and marked the positions of the microphones. Then everything descended into utter chaos, and there were the interviews. I can't give away any details at this point in time, but I'm satisfied, or appeased is a better word, given the whole polling fiasco a while back. It's an extremely fascinating balance of power now, sort of a multi-polar structure. Anyway, titration today was boring, I already found out the result yesterday. I feel very disappointed with myself lately, because I haven't been doing any work. Tomorrow afternoon's gone because I'm going to make my new IC, but I suppose something might get done at night. I wanted to watch Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, but that'll just have to wait. I must start studying! I swear I'll kick into high gear after National Day, I hope...
