Cousin's Day/Potato Festival (Michigan)
2003-07-24 @ 11:56 p.m.

I'm feeling very annoyed with myself right now, because I lost my wallet after the JC SYF Finals, where Zheng Yang and Shane got scolded by this guy for talking during the performance. That was so funny! I only realised it after we were in CityLink Mall, then walked back to try and find it. Esplanade people were very nice, supposedly combed the whole concert hall to look for one measly wallet, would you believe it? I'm not sure I should, but had no choice. Now I'll just cross my fingers and hope no one goes and borrows money from loansharks using my IC! I wonder if anyone who found my wallet would go to the trouble of returning it to me? Singaporeans aren't exactly the nicest people in the world, sad as that may sound. One can only hope that I wasn't pickpocketed! The ICA person advised me to wait two to three weeks before cancelling my IC. Now I get to have a new library card, starting with "L" instead of "S", because the IC number will be blocked. Incidentally, the choir did get a Gold again. No big deal if you ask me, it's just another National Champion pin for me...
