District Of Columbia Day
2003-07-16 @ 11:21 p.m.

Argh, too much homework to finish. I'm going to die during Additional Mathematics tomorrow, as well as Higher Chinese! I can finish my Biology assignment in the morning. Congratulations to all the musical groups for their commendable performances! May we all get a full day thanks to you guys, the swimming guys and the track-and-field guys! Although I don't think we will, at the most a half-day. I mean, even our Ms Tang agreed that the headmaster is very reluctant to grant full days off, even at Chinese New Year, when TCHS, NYGH and RGS all do that. He's weird, what difference is one day going to make? SARS is definitely not an excuse...

I've just finished reading the seventh book from the school library which I was the first person to borrow. It's some science fiction short stories by Philip K. Dick. Quite fascinating, the scenarios he came up with, though he's got a twisted sense of humour. Not a single story turns out happily, at best, a neutral ending. The sixth book is the Chekov one, and is languishing somewhere in my room. I'll get back to it eventually. Damn, the library stops loaning to Secondary 4s in August.
