My results are pathetic. English B4, Higher Chinese B4, Elementary Mathematics B4, Physics B3, Chemistry A1, Biology A2, History A2. Oh well, it's only Common Test 1, still have a few months to buck up! I was slacking away the whole day though, watching TV mostly. I'm aiming to finish up more of my Higher Chinese later. Not sure if I'll actually get it done, but I guess it's the thought that counts? I've been reading quite a bit too, mostly The French Executioner. It's been a long time since a book seized my attention to such an extent. I've practically dropped all my other books, even the ones I borrowed from the library, with the exception of Atonement, which I saw at the bookstore too. I have to finish that book, simply because I've read more than half of it and it'd be such a waste to give up now!

Today's lessons weren't too bad, with the exception of Physics. We were supposed to do a practical, and Mr Lim hates it when we're late. He's been scolding us over that since last year. So today, we were 10 minutes late. Then he made us stand for another 10 minutes, while he kept asking us, "Why are you late?" Nobody dared to answer, until Xunqi and Jiawen said something, I can't remember what. Essentially, he was very irritated. So we started the practical late, but ended on time. No big deal, I still completed it in time! I don't see what's the big deal about being late though, he really should lighten up. Fat people are supposed to be jovial, aren't they?
