I failed my 2.4-km run, the real thing that is. Nonetheless, a time of 14:00 plus is an improvement over last week's 15:31! Maybe if I continue running every week, I might actually pass in three weeks' time. That said, pacing Brian is good! I asked Brian if he wanted to stop and he said no. Perhaps that had something to do with the fact that I told him I didn't feel like running? Anyway, today marks the first time I ran 6 rounds continuously! I'm very proud of that, lame as it may sound. I've discovered that I quite like running, maybe even more than swimming, which was, I repeat, was the only form of exercise I actually ever did on a regular basis! School today was marginally more interesting than it was yesterday. After the 2.4-km run, I was entertained by my English teacher scolding and throwing a boy out of class! Then she lectured people for not handing in their files. Then there was Higher Chinese. Spent half the lesson doing worksheets which we were supposed to do at home! I've given up on finishing my work by tomorrow, and we still have to stay back for an extra lesson! Elementary Mathematics was quite boring, just another test, where I made so many careless mistakes, like shearing with the wrong invariant line. That was really stupid, and it was an easy paper! We watched an episode of Happy Tree Friends though. Go here! It's really funny, in some sick sort of way. Lastly, there was Physics, where more people got sent out of class, and the teacher drew funny pictures on the board. Surprisingly, we actually got work done in the end. |
