Lady Luck Day/Bell Bottoms Day
2003-04-05 @ 10:06 p.m.

The school closure's been extended until April 14! I guess now I don't have any excuse for not doing work? Just when everyone thought things were looking better, 21 Singapore General Hospital medical people are now suspected to have SARS! This just goes to show that when it comes to things like diseases, nothing's ever absolutely predictable. I hope we don't get too much homework this time. Shit. I just found out I do have to do system diagrams for all my science subjects. Why do these things always happen to me? Does that sound familiar? Good grief, I'll never be able to finish everything. I mean it, not even with one more week. What am I going to do? This is so screwed up. I need a change of luck fast! By the way, today marks the first day this week that I didn't try to download any MP3s! Although that was probably because I was playing games on the computer, it's an improvement, I guess. I feel so incredibly lame right now. Wrote a new poem on the spur of the moment yesterday. It's just a metaphor I'm playing around with at the moment, so the poem will probably change a bit after some time. The bit where I mention the word "deviant" is a nod to Teck Tee. Go read his poetry. Now that's what I call deviant poetry. He does it way better than me.
