This is the third time I've tried to set up an online diary. Hopefully it'll work better than the last time! In case you're wondering about my choice for the address, Aduvingion is just my full name translated into Elvish. Today being April Fool's Day, I decided it was a nice date to start my blog on. Actually, I'm lying. I only thought about doing this because Teck Tee started too. The past week has been lousy. No school thanks to SARS, so I'm stuck at home slaving over my homework. It's kind of boring, especially when you don't exactly feel like doing work. Call it procrastination, but I just can't seem to get down to doing anything serious. I shouldn't even be typing this now. Maybe I'll go and play bridge at Yahoo! If you're free, go to the Social Lounge and look for idiosyncratic_idiosyncracy. I'm not a very good player, but I'm not that bad either!

Have you ever slept at 3.30 in the morning and woken up at 11? I just did so today. Quite an achievement in my opinion. Blame it on the Internet. I spent another hour today downloading MP3s, having recently discovered the wonders and joys of Kazaa Lite. I tried downloading The Hours, but it was the file was too big and too slow! I tried to find Virginia Woolf's Mrs Dalloway in the library yesterday, but they didn't have it at my branch. Quite upset about it because I don't feel like travelling downtown just to look for it at one of the bigger branches. If I wanted to go out now during the SARS outbreak, I might as well go watch The Hours. Since I feel compelled by the government to stay at home, I can't do my i-Learning work as it involves reviewing a movie. Clever, no? I think I'll go and play some bridge right now...
